I walked in cautiously. When you a visit a new place you are sometimes skeptical. I was greeted and helped quickly. She asked if I wanted a deep massage, I told her 'Yes, please!' She said she would call her friend who lived up the street. I agreed. She went ahead and started but he showed up in less than five minute and took over. It was and amazing massage. I plan to return.
I have been to the wind spa a couple of times and my experiences have been excellent. I’m always greeted at the door with a friendly smile. When I go into the room, they asked me what are my target area’s that hurts. Both times that I’ve been there always asking me, Is the pressure all right. The facility is clean and at the end of my massage. I’m always asked if I would like water to drink. I will definitely keep going to the win Spa Because of the great customer service and they take care of the clients. I recommend the spa for people to try.
This is a horrible place. I do not recommend. I booked this session for a loved one and was so dissapointed. 1. The rooms smell stale with no aromatics. 2. The bedsheets seemed used and unclean 3. The massage was to last 1 hour but they did only 40 minutes. 4. There was a male offered to perform the massage and we were expecting a female masseuse, the client is female. 5. The massage itself was inadequate 6.The employees were not dressed appropriately. 7. The staff we met could not communicate in English 8. They asked for a tip after, they did not get one. 9. She left with more pain than she came in with.
